Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return process for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 30 from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at teamavneesha@outlook.com. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
